2020年4月30日，中国基础设施公募REITs试点通知的出台，标志着中国REITs进入了一个新的阶段，特别是在多年的类REITs探索实践之后，中国REITs由债型转向了权益型，实现重要突破。

本次REITs试点所涉及的不动产资产类别包括：传统的基础设施，如收费公路、水电气热、城镇污水垃圾处理等交通、市政及污染治理项目；以及信息网络等新型基础设施；其中特别值得关注的是仓储物流、数据中心以及产业园区，也被纳入到此次试点范围内，这些都能成为很好的REITs标的资产。

On 30 April 2020, the Chinese Government announced plans to launch an ambitious infrastructure REITs pilot program.

The scope of the program includes REITs that invest in logistics, data centres and industrial parks, as well as traditional infrastructure, such as tollways, warehouses, airports, public utilities, etc.

The announcement represents a milestone in the journey to an international REIT marketplace in China, after years of experimenting with quasi-REITs.

This webinar will explore the potential for a profitable, professional and scalable REIT industry in China.

APREA has invited an outstanding panel of REIT experts to share their insightful and practical views about a new era of Chinese REITs.
